Institutional Framework & Ownership

The Journal of Quantum Biosystems Engineering (JQBio) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access digital publication by InnoQlar Academic Press. Its Editorial Board has exclusive responsibility for scientific assessment, metrics, peer review, editorial decisions, and publishing agreements. PROTOCELL IO independently governs the website, submission system, Readmy integration where available, payment processing, author services, troubleshooting, and hosting services for the digital publication of articles.

All operational funding, technical infrastructure, legal compliance, and long-term digital preservation strategies are fully backed by the InnoQlar Group to ensure permanent open access without institutional paywalls.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Statement (UK Jurisdiction)

In strict accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United Kingdom), all materials, structural frameworks, aims and scope text, and individual articles published on this platform establish automatic copyright protection immediately upon digital creation and public release.

Works

Published articles, Single Issues, Pre-Prints, receive Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs). ISBNs are not assigned to Single Issues and apply only where a separately cited work, such as a book or another type of long-form article, requires one. In such cases, the work will be published under the publisher InnoQlar Academic Press. It will, however, continue to be hosted on JQBio.

Licensing

All articles, unless stated otherwise, are published under a Open-Access CC BY 4.0 International License. The Journal grants any person a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access, read, download, store, display, print and cite the published Article for lawful research, educational and scholarly purposes. Manuscript processing advances only after payment is completed or an author exemption waiver is recorded; payments support the site infrastructure and processing costs described in the APC policy.
